A long road and many years of musical travels have lead Marcus to the Franki Baaz band. Marcus started playing drums at a young age and has played in many bands and did a number of recordings. In 1998 he left his native country Germany to study drums at the L.A. Music Academy, here in Los Angeles where he trained extensivly with some of the best drum instructors in music business. And also played with many local bands. Later, Marcus traveled Peru, South America extensively, studing Latin rhythms and after his return to Los Angeles he teamed up with the band of his choice: The Franki Baaz Band.
And with his dedication to his music and his enthusiasm, Marcus a very big plus to any band.
UPDATE: 11/2002
Marcus after going back to Germany in 2001, he is now a regular member of the pop/rock band HELIONS. The band will release it's debut album in Dec 2002. And Franki Baaz wishes him well.
