James is from the L.A. area, having moved to the Lake Tahoo area and back to L.A., as an adult. He began playing guitar at the age of 12 when he was able to aquire his first guitar, but lost it shortly after that when his older brother hit him over the head with it. Soon after he got another one and has been playing and writing ever since. James has fronted his own bands as a lead singer and songwriter. Currently, James adds his hand to Franki's latest CD, "Sex & Love" with very good results. Check it out at links on main pages.
